Biography

Manoj Patel, MD, MBA, received his medical degree from Shree Pramukh Swami Medical College in Karamsad, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Connecticut Health Science Center in New Britain, Connecticut. Dr. Patel then went on to complete a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. He served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia Medical Center before he moved to the Tidewater area.

In 2013, Dr. Patel earned an Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Darden School of Business (UVA). Since then he has served as a health management leader in many different capacities. He is board certified in pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine.
