Biography

Malena Taylor, DO, is a board-certified family physician with the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by an emergency medicine internship at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Dr. Taylor went on to complete her family medicine residency with Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) at Riverside Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Taylor takes a holistic approach to patient care, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns while treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Her clinical interests include women’s health, as well as the management of diabetes and obesity.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Taylor enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking and hiking, as well as crafting and playing pickleball. She cherishes time spent with her two daughters and their Australian Doodle.
