Biography

Lindsey Lockwood, MSN, FNP-C, is a Hampton Roads native who received her nursing diploma from Sentara School of Health Professions in Chesapeake, Virginia, and then completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ms. Lockwood has over a decade of nursing experience in perioperative and cardiac care. Her professional interests include cardiovascular disease and preventative care.

Ms. Lockwood is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, traveling, reading, and relaxing at the beach.
