Biography

Jessie Creakbaum, PA-C, is a native of South Bend, Indiana, and graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts degree in science and psychology from Tiffin University in Tiffin, Ohio. She completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MPA) degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. Ms. Creakbaum is known for her warm bedside manner, and she thoroughly enjoys getting to know her patients. She is a huge advocate of promoting a healthy lifestyle to achieve optimal quality of life.

Ms. Creakbaum is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and staying active with a variety of sports.
