Biography

David V. Palmisano, MD, PhD, earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Saba University School of Medicine in Saba, Netherlands-Antilles. He earned his Doctorate of Philosophy from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey / Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in Newark, New Jersey. He completed his family medicine residency at Portsmouth Family Medicine for Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Palmisano is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
