Biography

Britney Emons, PA-C, was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in health education and promotion at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina in 2006. After graduating, Mrs. Emons worked as a medical assistant in cardiology for 3 years. She then attended Eastern Virginia Medical School and, after completing all requirements, received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPA) degree. She graduated with honors, being inducted into Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants.

Mrs. Emons became board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in 2012. She then worked in OB/GYN for 2 years and decided to return to her main interest, urgent care.
