Biography

Jean Khara Casillan, MD, earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. She finished her family and community medicine residency at University of Texas in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to earning her medical degree, she was a licensed RN. Her clinical focus includes preventive medicine, adult medicine, and women’s health.

She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Casillan is fluent in English and Tagalog. During her free time, she enjoys outdoor and water activities with her husband and their dog. Her other hobbies and interests include music, dancing and traveling.
