Biography

Ganna Spektor, PA-C, is a native of Ukraine where she lived until finishing high school. She lived in Israel prior to moving to the United States and worked in software engineering. After arriving to the U.S., she earned her Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry from Old Dominion University. She, then, earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPA) degree while attending Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in 2011. Since then, she has worked in local emergency rooms and urgent care clinics. Her patient care is focused on patient safety, preventative care, and patient education. Ms. Spektor is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants, and Virginia Association of Physician Assistants.

In her free time, Ms. Spektor loves spending time outdoors with her husband and children and frequently can be seen gardening, jogging, biking or cheering for her children’s sports and other activities. She also enjoys reading about innovation and learning about all of the new advancements in the medical world. Ms. Spektor is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and Hebrew.
