Biography

Vasantha Hathwar, MD, received his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Bangalore Medical College in Bangalore, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Buffalo in New York. He was a resident at Buffalo General Hospital, Erie County Medical Center, and Virginia Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Dr. Hathwar is board certified in pulmonary, critical care, sleep, and internal medicine.
