Biography

Melissa Bush, MSN, AGACNP-BC, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ms. Bush has previous experience in critical care medicine, having worked as a charge nurse over an intensive care unit prior to joining Bayview.

Ms. Bush is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and the Virginia Nurses Association. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing by the pool, horseback riding, and spending time with family and friends.
