Biography

Dr. Derrig earned her undergraduate degree from Georgian Court College, and her graduate degree from University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, in Des Moines, Iowa.

She completed her internship and residency at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. She followed with her fellowship from the Albert Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Derrig is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in rheumatology.

Among other awards, Dr. Derrig received Humanitarian of the Year from St. Michael’s Medical Center.

Dr. Derrig has been with the Lakeview Medical Center family since 1995.
